Yellow leaves - Rose of Sharon. - Knowledgebase Question

Within the last few days I have noticed the leaves on my Rose Of Sharon turning yellow. It's on the N W corner of the house, get's watered on a regular basis. Please advise.

Few things bother rose of sharon. Consistent soil moisture is important and so is good air circulation. It might be that it is heat stressed or there may be a fungal disease affecting your plant. Inspect the leaves for signs of spots or fungal spores. You might want to take a sample of the affected leaves to your cooperative extension office or well staffed nursery for help in identifying disease pathogens. Hope the symptoms are just heat stress!
