Your new hydrangeas are busy trying to become established in their new homes which is why they have suspended growth and flowering. Give them another month or two to adjust and you should see some new growth. Endless Summer flowers on new growth so as soon as they are able, they will flower. In the meantime you can prune off the spent flowers and continue to water on a regular basis. Enjoy your garden!
