The leaves on my rose bushes keep turning yellow and falling off. Can you tell what may be the cause and possible cure?

Yellowing leaves are more likely due to overwatering than anything else. Roses should be watered deeply only once or twice a week in the summer time. Water deeply and then allow the top of the soil to dry out slightly before watering again. Another cause for yellowing leaves is the disease called black spot. Check the leaves for spots as well as yellowing. If you find spots on the leaves you may be dealing with black spot. This can be controlled with a neem oil based product such as Rose Defense. Be sure to apply according to label directions.
