Aproximtely how many days does it take a morning glory heavenly blue plant to bloom?

Morning glories usually take 5-6 weeks after sowing to begin blooming. They need to grow and mature enough to develop flowers and their growth rate depends upon the growing conditions, but you can usually expect to see them flower in about 6 weeks.
