please suggest for dry part shade- with morning sun some shrubs and grasses to fill an area - blooms in summer and some height is needed for screening

Some shrubs to consider include Oak-Leaf hydrangea Hydrangea quercifolia
Snowberry, Mahonia, Blueberry, Southern arrowwood, Maple-leaf Viburnum, Bush honeysuckle, Mountain Andromeda, Gray Dogwood, Mountain Laurel, Alexandrian laurel, Florida leucothoe, and Sweet box Sarcococca. Perennials: Hardy begonia,
Bergenia, Siberian forget-me-not, Great Bellflower Campanula, Hardy cyclamen,
Corydalis, Hepatica, Coral bells, Hairy alumroot, Lenten rose, Helleborus orientalis,
Stinking hellebore, Bluebells, Stinking Iris, Liriope, and Money Plant.

Ornamental Grasses:
Evergold Sedge, White variegated monkey grass, Drooping Sedge, Crinkled hairgrass,
Bottlebrush grass, Pennsylvania sedge, and Hakone grass.
