Bermuda grass turns a blue-green color when it is water stressed and a silver-blue when the roots are damaged. Dig up the affected spot and inspect the roots. If they are missing, grubs have been feasting on them. If they are intact but dried out, water isn't penetrating the soil in that spot. The soil might be compacted or the lawn may be developing a fungal disease. Try roughing up the soil and adding a little compost, then resetting the turf and watering it down well. Hope this helps!
