Things don't sound good for your peach tree! It's normal for newly transplanted trees and shrub to go through some transplant shock and that includes losing some leaves. But when a tree has no leaves at all, it cannot manufacture carbohydrates and the roots can die. Try scraping the bark off a part of a branch to see if the tissue is still alive. It should be green just below the bark. If it is brown, that part of the branch is dead. Keep scraping until you find green tissue. This will give you an idea of how many branches are still alive. If there are lots, your tree still has a chance. If not, it's a goner.

Hope it's still alive!
