|I had bought a few plants from a roadside veg. farmer. The plant I have she called it Bush Balsam. I want to know what the right name is if this is the nickname of the plant. The floweres are coming from the stem area. Without going into it further, could you tell the ther real name of the plant?

|It's probably Impatiens balsamina, a summer annual with erect, branching stems. The plant grows up to 30 inches tall with 1 1/2 inch leaves that are sharply pointed and deeply toothed. The flowers are large and borne among the leaves along the stems and branches. Hope this helps.
