WILL VINCA OVER WINTER IN HOUSTON TX?

There are two commonly grown plants called vinca. Catharanthus roseus is an annual plant and will die out at the end of the growing season. Vinca minor (sometimes called periwinkle) is a vining perennial and will overwinter in Houston without any special care. Hope this clarifies things for you!
