Just found out no arm/hand for at least 6 months.
Desparately need to move plants (many are in pots or horridly overcrowded - was ill last Fall):
Asiatic Lilies have bloomed (somewhat crowded in pots)
Stella de Oro lilies (some in pots some in ground)
Ground cover Day Lilies (all overcrowded in pots)
Iris well established in ground, horridly overcrowded and choking.

How can this be done?

If you can't do the work yourself, maybe a helpful neighbor will pitch in? All of your plants can be moved now because they have finished (or will soon finish) their blooming for the season. If you can't move them until next spring, they should still be okay. They will all stop growing in a few weeks and spending another 6 months in their same spots in the garden or in containers won't hurt them at all. Next spring will be just fine for digging and transplanting. Good luck with your landscape!
