Plant choice really depends upon the sun exposure and whether or not you want a trailing or an upright look, or both. For instance, you can plant Coleus, Impatiens and Lysimachia for a shady spot. These plants will have some height but will also trail over the sides of the pot. In a semi=shady spot, plant New Guinea Impatiens,
Dichondra 'Silver Falls' and Setcreasea. You'll get lots of foliage color and some flowers, as well. Another nice combination is Iresine 'Blazin' Rose', Plectranthus,
Ivy geraniums and Impatiens. Or you could plant New Guinea Impatiens, dracaena (for height) and Vinca 'Illumination' as a trailer. Let your imagination guide you in plant choice. Enjoy!
