Can I transplant my rose of sharon bush now. It has not flowered but has buds.

Also, I transplanted my snow fountain weeping cherry and it lost all of its leaves. I only have tree branches. I want to put it in another spot. Should I wait until fall?

Transplanting is less stressful to landscape trees and shrubs if they are moved in the cooler spring or fall months. I'd wait, to lessen transplant shock. If you absolutely need to move them now, expect the leaves to wilt and possibly drop as the plants attempt to re-establish their root systems. Good luck with your plants!
