We planted 5 pine trees and our ground is mostly clay but we put the right ingredients and soil before we planted but only one seems to be doing good can I bring them back to life or is this a lost cause. They don't look very good

Pine trees can grow in clay soils, the key is to water them deeply but infrequently (clay holds lots of moisture). The only difficulty with clay soils is they don't always drain quickly so plant roots can suffocate if soils remain wet for extended periods of time. I'd try reviving them with one deep soaking per week. Hope it works!
