Queen Palm Trees - Knowledgebase Question

I had I guess woodpecker damage and even tried wrapping them after the damage but still have holes but somewhat healthy -- any suggestions?

If a woodpecker or some other bird pecked holes in the trunk, the holes will be there forever. Palms do not heal themselves the way a tree does, by callousing over the damage with bark. About all you can do is try to keep the holes clean so no insects decide to move in and make your palm their home. Wish I had more suggestions for you!
