|The good news is that if you have a high population of aphids, ladybugs will probably show up to help control the population. Parasitic wasps will also arrive. While you're waiting you can try hosing them off with a strong stream of water from the hose, or you can do them in with sprays of insecticidal soap. Your course of action will really depend upon how desperate you are to rid your garden of these pests. Aphids give birth to live young so one or two aphids can quickly become a huge population with several generations feeding on a single plant. Good luck with your garden!
