Bougainvillea blooms on new wood so pruning yours back on a regular basis will encourage new flowering wood. Lack of flowers may be a result of recent transplanting, not enough sunshine, or too much nitrogen fertilizer. Don't fertilize your plants, prune them back a little now, and they should perform beautifully for you, providing they're getting all-day sunshine. Best wishes with your plants!
