The only difficulty with overwintering plants in containers is that the roots are above ground and can freeze solid without some protection. I'd move the containers to a sheltered location (near a foundation or wall; under an eave, etc.) Wrap insulating material around each of the pots and group the pots together. Hope this works for you!
