My sunflowers plants seem healthy but the heads are all dropping facing the ground.

That means that the seeds are beginning the ripening process. It's natural for them to droop. This protects them from rainfall and (sometimes) from birds. Soon you will see the backs of the heads turn yellow and then a tannish brown. At that time you can harvest the heads and allow the seeds to dry completely. If you don't intend to harvest the seeds you can leave the heads on the plants. Birds will find them.
