|I was told by a landscaper that I have flat grass growing in my lawn. I believe it is also called BAHIA. He said it is seed droppings from the birds. Can you advise on how to kill this growth?|
|Bahia or centipede grasses are both commonly called "flat grass". Your only real option here is to apply a non-selective herbicide like Roundup to the patches as they pop up. It will unfortunately kill everything though, so you'll need to replant or reseed once the patch is dead. |
Eventually, with diligence, you should be able to eliminate the centipede.
