What can I do to get rid of some unwanted wild grass? I do not know what type of grass it is, but I see it everywhere I go. I live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

There is not a good answer to that one because products that kill grassy weeds can also kill your turfgrass. If it were my lawn I would try using a wiper applicator to apply glyphosate to the grassy weeds taking care not to get it on the turf. This will leave dead spots but the turf will fill in with watering and fertilizing and time. You will likely need to do this two or three times to really get the problem under control. If the wild grass is not in the lawn but in flower beds, you can use the same method, being careful not to get the herbicide on your flowers or shrubs.

Once you've gotten rid of the wild grass, consider using a weed barrier landscape fabric in your flower beds to keep the weeds from returning. Good luck with your landscape!
