We removed a sapphire dragon tree from our yard this past winter, but it keeps sprouting healthy starts all over the yard. How do we get rid of it completely?

Digging the roots is the only sure-fire way to keep the from sending up suckers. Cutting the suckers down as soon as they emerge will eventually kill the roots by depleting them of energy. Or, you might try a product called Sucker Stopper. Cut the sprouts and then apply the product to the stubs. Best wishes with your project!
