Newly transplanted trees and shrubs often go through a stressful adjustment period, especially when they are planted in the heat of mid-summer. They often wilt and drop their leaves and look otherwise pathetic. The best thing for you to do is to water them deeply once a week so their roots can become established. Eventually they will perk up and when they do you can prune away any dead or damaged stems and branches. Until then, just water them well and be patient. They will perk up soon!
