I have a vine I would love for you to identify. My daughter bought it for me at HD. It has an orange flower with a dark purple center. It might be a trumpet vine of sorts? Since it was a present I didn't get to see the tag with care instructions. Thank You

I can only guess - Black Eyed Susan vine has deep maroon, almost black centers and open, ray type flowers; Crossvine has tubular orange flowers; Trumpet Vine has trumpet shaped flowers. Each of these plants grows well in full sunshine and all can be pruned back each spring to both contain the size and to encourage healthy new, flowering shoots. Good luck with yur new plant!
