|After the first few blooms on my geranium, i did not get any more flowers. They look green and healthy. What happened? What can I do? is it to late in the summer?
Thank you for any help Kathy A.
|Geraniums produce flowers on new growth so pinching back the tips of the stems periodically will encourge branching which will keep the plant full and bushy and will also encourage flowers. Lack of adequate sunshine and too much fertilizer can keep geraniums from flowering. So make sure your plant is in all day sunshine, hold off on feeding, allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings, and pinch out the growing tips to encourage branching and your plant should flower for you. There's still time!|
