Hi!
I received a mini rose for a gift.
Can I plant it outside? What care does it need? Do I mulch it this winter?

My petite monarda isn't growing. Does it need sun or shade and
what other care does it need?

Thanks so much for all your past help!!!! Dorian

Miniature roses are quite hardy and can be planted in your garden. You'll want to mulch over the top of the plant after the first hard frost. Use a pile of shredded leaves or even loose soil to protect it from the winter weather.

Beebalm (monarda) grows best in full sunshine and will need to be watered regularly thoughout the growing season. Aside from this, it's an easy care plant.

Enjoy!
