|Yellowing leaves with crispy brown edges can indicate over watering or a salt/fertilizer build up in the soil. Try adjusting your watering schedule so you thoroughly soak the soil, which will help leach out excessive salts, and then allow the top of the soil to dry out before watering again. It could be that the rose bush most affected is just more sensitive to soggy soil or salt build up than your other roses. Best wishes with your roses!
