should I cut my hibiscus bush back for the winter?

If you want to cut it back, wait until frost kills the tops of the plants and then cut it down to ground level and pile a few inches of organic matter over the top to help protect the roots. Or, you can wait until spring and cut it down at that time. Enjoy your garden!
