My hibiscus will have a bloom on it one day and than the next day it will fall off. What is the cause of this happening and what do I need to do?

Each hibiscus flower lasts only one day. The plant makes up for this by producing lots of blooms during the season. There's nothing you can do to change the nature of the plant - just anticipate the opening of the flower, and enjoy it while it's in its full glory.
