I am transplanting my plants from old small pots to new larger pots. In one pot, I found several worms in it. Is it still ok to put those worms on the larger new pots. Or should I pick and destroy them? Thank you.

If they are worms (earthworms or red wigglers) they're okay in the soil. If they are short and fat, they're grubs and you should destroy them.
