We have deer that wonder through our yard occasionally and for the most part they do not bother our plants except for Tulips and Mums.
What can we do to keep them away from out Mums when they bloom?

You can consider caging your plants so the deer cannot reach them, or applying a deterrent such as Deer Away or Ropel. These are nasty tasting compounds that usually keep deer from munching - but your mileage may vary. Apply according to label directions. Best wishes with your garden!
