Hi! I have a turtlehead plant and would like to put it on
the north side of my house. It will get 1/2 day of sun.
Would it be OK there?

Also, I would like to put a sweet Autumn Clematis on the NORTH side of my house and also another one on the EAST side.
Would they be ok there?
When is a good time to start growing a Clematis in my garden?
Should I wait until spring it get one started?

Thanks so much, Dorian

Turtlehead plants will grow in full sun to part sun. The half day of sun sounds perfect for it. Plant sweet autumn clematis in full sun to partial shade. The vine is not fussy about soil, as long as it is well-drained. Although you can transplant them in the early fall, I'd wait until spring to plant them. This way they can establish quickly and begin to grow - and be ready to bloom right on schedule. Enjoy!
