WILL CORA VINCA OVEWRWINTER IN HOUSTON IF KEPT FROM COLD WEATHER?

Cora vinca is an annual and it doesn't like growing indoors so I don't think you'll be successful in keeping it alive over the winter months, even if you keep it from frosty weather. That's just the nature of annuals - they grow for a specific amount of time, then die. Wish I had better news for you!
