How do i get my plumerias to bloom? They have bloomed in the past. I've heard watering too much may be the problem. I fertilized with a rose fertilizer

Lots of sunshine and rose fertilizer should help your plumeria bloom. It likes dry soil in the wintertime so don't water too much this winter and it should branch and bloom for you next year. Enjoy!
