I have a pond with a pea gravel filter. I clean the filter 2-3 times/mo. The water from filter is heavy with fish waste. Can I use this on my plants without burning them up? Can I use like Haster Grow?

You can either dilute the waste with water and use it as a liquid fertilizer or you can dry the waste and use it to sprinkle around your plants. I wouldn't dump globs of the wet waste in the garden, though. It will take some time to break down and in the meantime might produce an odor.
