I would vote for Bright and Tight. It's a fast growing shrub, usually putting on 6-12" of new growth per year, depending upon the growing site. Water your new shrubs deeply once a week; twice a week during the hottest months of the year. A light overall pruning each spring will encourage lots of new growth and keep your shrubs thick and bushy. Best wishes with your landscape!
