I moved into a new house in Los Angeles this past winter and my bulbs did not do well due to planting in the wrong area of my yard. Should I dig them all up and move them now or in the spring. Lillies, gladiola, tulip, ixia, freesia, and crocosmia are the majority.

You can dig and move your glads and crocosmia now but wait to move the rest. After the foliage has died down at the end of the season the bulbs/tubers will be dormant and you can move them then.
