|My tree is getting brown edges on the leaves . It does not appear to be doing well. What could be wrong?

|If only the margins of the leaves are crispy brown it can indicate sunscald or salt build up in the soil. In the case of sunscald, your maple will eventually outgrow this tendency. Salt build up is another issue. Be careful with fertilizer and try to leach salts out of the soil by flooding the soil periodically when you water. Best wishes with your maple!
