I planted new plants this year, 2 burning bushes, rodendenrum, azaleas, roses. Which ones need to be cut back??

Don't cut any of them back at this time. Rhododendrons and azaleas develop flower and leaf buds over the summer months to open in the spring. If you prune them back now, you'll lose next year's floral display. Prune them after they have finished flowering in late spring. For your other shrubs, wait until new growth begins in the spring to prune them back.
