We have spiders coming in our house constantly. We have two large Japanese maple trees growing next to the house and other plants around. Should we remove these plants and spray to keep spiders out and will the ones currently in the walls die off?

I wouldn't remove the plants or trees. Spiders prey on insect pests and they're fine when they are outdoors, but nobody likes to find them indoors! There's a product called Home Defense Pest Spray that will take care of the spiders in the house and in the walls. Be sure to use according to label directions.
