I have a 4year old hibiscus. when is a good time to dig up and replant, and cut back. I started with 1 plant and it niw has 12 stems 608 ft tall, 20 blossoms in bloomat 1 time. and many yet to come open, 12 inches apart.

Wow! Sounds like a beautiful specimen! You can dig your hibiscus now in the fall or wait until spring. When you have it out of the ground you can slice through the root mass to divide the plant if you'd like. Enjoy your garden!
