what perenials can I plant now that will go throught the cold weather. I like lots of color and something that doesn't grow tall

Some perennials to include in your garden for winter color include Cheddar Pink (Dianthus gratianopolitanus), Chickabiddy (Asarina scandens), Corsican Pansy (Viola corsica), Diascia (Diascia rigescens), Firespike(Odontonema strictum), Johnny Jump-up (Viola cornuta), Nemesia (Nemesia strumosa), Wild Petunia (Petunia integrifolia),
and the annual English Marigold (Calendula officinalis). Enjoy your colorful garden!
