I live in NC and I would like to purchase a tree for my treeless yard. How long do I have to plant a Bradford pear tree?

You can plant a Bradford pear tree now in the fall, or you can wait until next spring. As a matter of fact, you can plant landscape trees and shrubs anytime the ground is not frozen and anytime the temperature does not exceed 90F. Good luck with your landscape!
