I need to find an evergreen that is not wider than 3 ft and won't grow taller than 12 ft. Any suggestions?

How about an Emerald Green (Smargold) Arborvitae with bright green foliage, growing 10-15' tall and about 3' wide, or a Medora Juniper with gray-green foliage and a columnar shape maturing in size to 10 ft tall and 4 ft wide? Hick's Yew might be another consideration.
