Is there a post emergent weed killer on the market that will kill weeds in flower beds and not harm plants, shrubs or flowers?

There are some selective post emergent weed killing products that target grassy weeds in flower beds. Ferti-lome Over-the-Top Grass Killer is an example. For broadleaf weeds you'll need to apply a broadleaf weed killer (such as 2,4=D) directly to the weeds as a spot killer. This type of product cannot be simply applied to the entire bed - it will damage anything it touches. To my knowledge there is no one product that targets all weeds that you might find in a flower bed.
