|Lime is usually applied in the fall months. Lime will help mellow acidic soil which makes nutrients more available to the roots of your plants. Lawns can be aerated every 3-4 years to help reduce compaction. If you aerated 6 months ago you should not need to aerate again for at least 3 years. You can overseed your lawn whenever it begins to thin out. Spring or fall are good times to overseed. Best wishes with your lawn!
