on my oleanders i have a catapeller PROBLEM I have 40 large plants loaded wih caterpellers brownish/orange black hairs they eat the tops and flower pods will dish soap get ride of them or what pestiside do I need?

The oleander caterpillars, Syntomeida epilais, are common in Florida and they can be quite destructive. You can control them with Bt (sold as Dipel or Thuricide).
