Couldn't find any advice on ground orchids which I have in my front yard(southern exposure-not blooming much.) What fertilizer to use so that they would grow and bloom as well. I live in Miami, FL. Thanks.

Ground orchids usually bloom from June through October in Florida but if they experienced a frost the winter before, they may fail to bloom the following summer. Be sure your plants are getting at least 4 hours of sunshine a day and are fed with a time release 5-10-10 fertilizer in early spring. The plants will grow in less than 4 hours of sunshine, but they won't bloom as nicely as when they get adequate sunshine. Best wishes with your garden!
