The Leaves are falling off of my rubber tree. Will the old branches revitalize and spring new leaves?

Your rubbertree plant should develop new leaves all on its own. There is a potential for a new leaf to grow from a latent leaf bud just above the leaf scar where a leaf fell off. I'd continue to give the plant regular watering and some time to recover. I think you will find that it will grow new leaves eventually.
