I have two very large Rosemary plants - aprox 3'x 3' that needs pruning. Need to prune a guerra plant in bloom-(blooms year round) WHEN?

Both plants will put out new growth as long as the weather is warm so you can prune them back at most any time. Obviously you will lose some flowers but once the new growth appears they will both flower again - right up until cold weather arrives. I'd prune them now. You can prune again in the early spring if you need to reduce their sizes more than about one-third. Two pruning sessions will be less stressful than one heavy pruning session. Best wishes with your landscape!
