|i have two rose plants, that grow well but they are to tall and would like to change there location. Can i do that now or wait for spring. Please advice. Thanks

|Roses will go through less stress if you wait until they are dormant before digging and transplanting them. The first frost will send them into dormancy. At that time you can prune them back and move them. By next spring their roots will be well established and they will send up new growth. Best wishes with the move!
